The item I got her was the Neko ears and detachable (incase I needed to get her a different size) Medium (fit her 1st time great) tail (the ones with the blue "fur"). This item matched the description purfectly and she absolutely loves them! A bit pricey but the quality was worth it to see how playful she was with them. The item exceed expectations as a draw string bag was provided that fits her ears, tail, (and sold separately leash too) with another little bag for the plug as well!
