They replied within a few hours, with a full explanation that manufacturing takes place in Ukraine, ships to Poland, then to US. Excellent customer service.
All the couple days' extra wait means is that you get to experience the eager anticipation of Christmas again. The product is beautiful, quality-made, better than the picture. Will definitely be ordering more.
