They gave me an alternative tail, as they had trouble getting the materials. Customer service was good.
I feel, I can wear the plug the whole day. Large tug plug is comfortable and gives a slight full feeling, but this is dependent on your own experience. The plug is good and firmly sits in place when tugged, without you having to clench. I like you can unscrew the loop from the plug to diversify your experience, and it's not visible when worn with leggings.
The tail is fat, fluffy and soft. The weight of the tail when clipped to the plug can be felt, but it's very slight, that does not effect it staying put. I do worry the clip on the tail may break as it doesn't look sturdy. So we are hesitant if tugged to rough.
Other than that will be definitely buying again (^v*)

I ordered my tail with a metal plug but got a silicone one. Contacted support and they are shipping me a new one for free.
Love this set. Not as long as I was expecting, but perhaps the overall length included to the tip of the plug. Would buy again from this shop.
The quality of the tail itself is great, and the length is as advertised, so it hangs just above the floor when I walk. With the large attached steel plug it's ~14 oz. so the weight is satisfying but comfortable. I love putting this on under a mini skirt and doing chores for a couple hours.
